Iced coffee with Baileys
Enjoy this delicious iced coffee with Baileys at home.
Ingredients:
- 240 ml Catunambú coffee, cooled
- 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 240 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
How to make the Baileys iced coffee?
- Make sure the coffee is completely cooled before you begin.
- Pour the cooled coffee into a blender.
- Add the Baileys liqueur, milk and sugar (if desired).
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until well blended and frothy.
- Taste the iced coffee and add more sugar if needed.
- Pour the iced coffee into glasses and, if desired, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing iced coffee with Baileys!
Note: You can adjust the proportions to taste. If you want a stronger Baileys flavor, add some extra liqueur. If you want to make the iced coffee sweeter, add more sugar. Experiment and adjust the recipe to your preference.
