Iced flat white with Catunambú coffee

Looking for a refreshing coffee drink that’s still full of flavor? This Iced Flat White, made with rich Catunambu coffee, combines the intensity of a double espresso with the creaminess of cold milk and a cooling touch of ice.  It’s the perfect pick-me-up for sunny spring days when you crave both energy and refreshment in one glass.

Iced Flat White with Catunambu Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 double espresso (about 60 ml) made with Catunambu coffee beans or capsules

  • 120 ml cold whole milk (or a good barista-style oat milk)

  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Brew a double espresso using your Catunambu coffee beans or capsule.

  2. Fill a glass (250–300 ml) with ice cubes.

  3. Pour the cold milk over the ice.

  4. Slowly pour the hot espresso over the milk. This creates a beautiful marbled effect and ensures a rich flavor without watering down too quickly.

  5. Stir gently if desired, or leave it layered for a stunning presentation.

Tips:

  • For an extra creamy texture, you can froth the cold milk lightly before pouring it over the ice.

  • Use full-fat milk or barista edition plant-based milk for the best results.
