Iced coffee

In the hottest times of the year, we find endless possibilities to drink fresh coffee, without ever losing the essence and aroma of a good coffee. Today we bring you one of those fresh and irresistible varieties: combine your coffee with ice cream.

What do you need?

• A cup of your favorite Catunambú coffee
• Chocolate ice cream or any other
• Crushed ice
• Whipped cream or Cacao powder to decorate

Preparation:

1. Prepare your Catunambú coffee in the usual way.
2. Let it cool, put it in the freezer, checking it every half hour, and before it is completely frozen, take it out and chop it for a slush.
3. Find a glass of ice cream and place a scoop or two of your favorite ice cream.
4. Cover the ice cream with the iced coffee and decorate to taste with whipped cream and / or Cacao powder.
