Coffee slush

A different and totally refreshing drink, ideal for any time of the day. If you love coffee, this iced coffee will be your best ally.

What do you need?

Only one ingredient: Catunambú ground coffee!

These are the steps to follow:

  1. Prepare a Catunambú espresso coffee (what we are looking for is that the coffee does not remain watery), let it cool down and put it in the freezer.
  2. Every 30 minutes or so chop the coffee, until you get some flake-shaped ice crystals.
  3. Once you have the perfectly crushed ice, add a little condensed milk and a splash of freshly made Catunambú coffee.
  4. To finish and get that characteristic icy texture, add sugar to taste.

This recipe is ideal to take anywhere with friends. Be the perfect host and say goodbye to the same old slushies!
