Coffee and banana smoothie
Fancy a different smoothie? Banana can be the perfect ingredient to combine with your Catunambú coffee.
The result of this recipe is a tasty, refreshing and very healthy cocktail. Follow these simple steps and try doing it at home.
What do you need?
- Catunambú Coffee
- 1 banana
- 1 glass of vegetable milk (almonds, coconut, etc)
- A splash of dulce de leche
- A splash of banana syrup
- Crushed ice
- Cinnamon powder or Catucao to decorate
Preparation:
- Prepare a cup of Catunambú espresso and let it cool.
- With the help of a blender, mix the banana in pieces, the milk, the coffee and the crushed ice.
- Before serving, add the drizzle of syrup and dulce de leche to the bottom and sides of the glass.
- Serve the mixture and decorate to taste
