Coffee and banana smoothie

Fancy a different smoothie? Banana can be the perfect ingredient to combine with your Catunambú coffee.

The result of this recipe is a tasty, refreshing and very healthy cocktail. Follow these simple steps and try doing it at home.

What do you need?

  • Catunambú Coffee
  • 1 banana
  • 1 glass of vegetable milk (almonds, coconut, etc)
  • A splash of dulce de leche
  • A splash of banana syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Cinnamon powder or Catucao to decorate

Preparation:

  1. Prepare a cup of Catunambú espresso and let it cool.
  2. With the help of a blender, mix the banana in pieces, the milk, the coffee and the crushed ice.
  3. Before serving, add the drizzle of syrup and dulce de leche to the bottom and sides of the glass.
  4. Serve the mixture and decorate to taste
