Biscuits cake with coffee

Would you like to try this delicious Catunambú biscuit cake with coffee and chocolate? Easy to make and delicious, for a delicious dessert or snack. What do you need?

  • Catunambú natural coffee
  • 200 gr of chocolate for pastries
  • 100 ml of cream for cooking
  • 1/2 small bottle of condensed milk
  • biscuits
  • Cacao powder to decorate

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Prepare about two cups of Catunambú natural coffee and let it cool.
  2. Heat the cream and mix it in a bowl with the chocolate and condensed milk.
  3. When the chocolate has melted, let the mixture cool in the refrigerator.
  4. Take a rectangular mold and cover it with plastic film.
  5. Dip the biscuits in the coffee and place them in the mold.
  6. Alternate a layer of biscuits dipped in coffee, and another layer of the chocolate mixture.
  7. Once ready, put the cake in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  8. Decorate with Cacao powder.
